WHAT IS A Camp?

It is a dyanmic program designed to enhance athletic performance and skills in a group setting. Participants engage in specialized drills & conditioning exercises. Expert coaching elevates their fitness level to acheive peak performance.

 

Who is welcome?

All Local athletes, boys & girls 13 & older that wish to get better at their prospective sport!

 

HOW OLD MUST I BE TO TAKE A CLASS?

We accept all athletes 13 & older. This camp will target High School Athletes.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE CLASS?

All participants should arrive by 9:45am.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you are unable to attend camp we require 24 hours notice in order to recieve a refund.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CAMP?

Something comfortbale you can move around in. Proper shoes and gym/workout attire are preffered.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CAMP?

Bring electrolytes and plenty of water. A light snack if you need too.

 

Expectations

WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED?

A wide variety of different exercises and drills from our coaches designed for all sports. There will be agility training, conditioning, mobility training, and more!

No. Just yourself!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You must pay first. You may sign up for 1 or both days. Once you have paid, you will be redirected to sign up for Next Level Combine on our schedule. You may access our Schedule from the menu, as well.
