My name is Tim Viechec, Founder of Next Level Mobility. I was inspired to start this fitness studio because over 2 years ago. I was just like you; out of shape, not flexible and did not know where to start. I started with a simple stretch… yes a simple stretch was all I needed to ignite my desire to make my heath a priority. I met my trainer Nick and together we worked on a program that began with a stretch and ended with me losing 50 pounds! I was in the best shape of my life at 60 years old! I wanted some way to let everyone know this could be you. No fancy experts, no impossible restrictive diets, just a healthier investment in you and your relationship with yourself. Nick studied the inner workings of the human body at Stockton University in New Jersey, where he was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a minor in Holistic Health, a process of natural healing. Nick is also a certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M) with specialties in group fitness, flexibility and assisted stretching, corrective exercise, nutrition and mobility training using Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®). Functional Range Conditioning is a system of joint health optimization based on scientific principals and research. He uses evidence based research and a holistic approach to health and wellness alike. Through his training, clients will learn to focus not only on the body, but mind and spirit alike.

Natalie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and class instructor, that has served the NY area for 14 years at her very own studio and is excited to bring her expertise to the Next Level! She started her journey with a Bachelor of Science out of Pace University and expanded her love of fitness with specialties in orthopedic exercise, nutrition, behavioral change, functional training and even senior fitness! Once featured in the Times Herald Record for her achievements as a trainer, she now brings her passion to Myrtle Beach.
Nicholas is an ISSA certified trainer and has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He has experience working as a trainer at a retirement center at PSU and Hazleton General Hospital in PA. He uses his passion for fitness and sports to change the lives of his clients. Nicholas excels at making each client feel like a new person who can do or accomplish anything in life. A quote he always lives by is "The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow."
Dustin is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and is certified in nutrition. He understands the crucial role that a healthy diet plays in achieving optimal performance and well-being. Being a former collegiate athlete with a basketball career from 2011 to 2014, he has been passionate about sports and fitness his whole life.
Dustin's specialty lies in athletic development, where he designs specialized workout programs and nutrition plans that help athletes of all levels improve their speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. He has worked with many athletes across different sports and has helped them achieve their maximum potential both on and off the field. Whether you're an aspiring athlete looking to take your game to the next level or a fitness enthusiast looking to improve your overall health and well-being, Dustin has got you covered.
Jade is an NASM certified personal trainer and currently pursuing her degree in Kinesiology. Throughout her studies, she has held internships working with athletes and collegiate teams. Jade is also a certified nutrition coach and group fitness instructor.
As a former athlete, she knows what it takes to get to your goals and achievements. She deeply cares about her clients’ values, promoting an experience that makes them happy, confident & strong.
Andrew's journey into fitness started out by trying to get in shape and lose weight. That journey sparked a passion in this young trainer's eye to teach others of his success. Andrew sought out his personal training certification through ISSA and is ready for his Next Level in the fitness world to inspire the same passion in those who train with him. He has had a knowledge and love for sports while growing up and can help you achieve your athletic development. "Regardless of one's background, I believe anything can be done as long as you're willing to put in the work to achieve it!"
Mary’s passion for yoga came out of a difficult period in her life. She sought out holistic ways of stress management thus finding herself on a yoga mat. Yoga has allowed her to find inner strength and peace. Wanting to share this gift with others, Mary earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from 502 Power Yoga and gained experience teaching paddleboard yoga and restorative classes. Mary is pursuing a degree in Family and Human Development through Arizona State University with plans to become a mental health counselor, incorporating yoga as one of her many treatment tools. When she’s not working or studying, Mary loves to be outside by the water with her bulldog Ellie.
