A combination of stretching and strength training to give you total body control. Class for new and existing members to learn more about active control of their body! In this class we highlight different techniques of kinstretch. Perfect for all ages. We use bodyweight isometric exercise for low impact workouts! Various equipment such as yoga blocks and foam rollers are used.

Low-impact; circuit-style training course for those who are 55+! Learn how to increase your endurance, balance/stability, burn signifcantly more fat and gain muscle! Participants can expect to gain experience with various equipment such as TRX, Freeweights, Medicine balls, Cable towers and more!
