This Group training session is designed to improve one's stability, mobility, muscular strength and endurance, while having fun! Expect to work out in a circuit style training adventure using various means of equipment and stretches. All Fitness Levels. - Modifications available.

In this class we highlight different techniques of kinstretch. Perfect for all ages. We use bodyweight isometric exercise for low impact workouts! Various equipment such as yoga blocks and foam rollers are used.
This session will work off of the Journey Into Power Yoga series to offer a challenging flow of poses that build on one another to create both intention and impact. With an emphasis on breath and foundation. Come as you are, this session is perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis! Various props such as blocks and straps are provided and used throughout the session.
This Group session will work off that belly fat with this old school Richard Simmon's style ab workout! This group training session will consist mainly of standing or floor based core exercies. We will use body weight or light medicine balls and bands.
This Group session will get your groove on with some funky new dance moves! We will move along to different genres ranging from Pop, Hip Hop, Rock, 80s, 90s, 2000s and more! All ages and bodies are welcome to dance! No equipment neccessary & bring a friend!
This Group session will work stamina & burn off those love handles! This will consist of circuit style of standing or floor based exercies. We will use various means of equipment from such as weights, steppers, medicine balls, bands, etc. Modifications are available for all levels.
